Firm Overview

The law firm of Robert L. Vogel, located in Knoxville, Tennessee, represents clients in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Rights Litigation, Appellate Advocacy, Construction Litigation, and Securities Litigation.  I also represent clients in the counties of Knox, Sevier, Blount, Loudon, Monroe, Grainger, McMinn, Jefferson and Anderson.

I am a graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and received my BA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee.  I am licensed to practice law in Tennessee, New York and New Jersey. Before receiving my JD, I worked in the construction and financial services industries.  I received the Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award at graduation from law school.  My previous legal experience includes working for the New York County District Attorney’s Office, handling a variety of criminal matters. 

I am an experienced litigator and negotiator.  I am interested in helping my clients achieve the best possible outcome for their case, whether it is a white-collar crime, divorce, a securities issue, or construction litigation.  I will always provide you with an honest assessment of your case, and I promise to work with you in order to successfully defend your rights in and out of court.
