Robert Vogel has practiced criminal law and appeals for almost a decade. During that time he has gained great experience and skill in the courtroom and at the negotiation table. He uses that skill and experience daily when he represents clients both in and out of court.
Robert Vogel has handled thousands of cases including State Criminal Defense and Federal Criminal Defense, and State and Federal Criminal Appeals, post convictions, and habeas corpus petitions. He is available in East Tennessee and Nationwide to represent clients in Federal Criminal Trials and Federal Appellate and Post-Conviction Cases. The expereince and skill gained in so many courtroom battles also helps Mr. Vogel work as an effective negotiator for his clients.
Mr. Vogel is a great believer in alternative dispute methods, and he is listed as a Rule 31 Civil and Family Law Mediator, which means he has been trained to help parties resolve their differneces - click here to find out more about his Mediation Services.
Mr. Vogel also worked for many years in the Financial Services Industry. This not only assists him in dealing with security and white collar defense cases, but transfers well to Wills, Trusts and Estates.
He currently serves clients in Knoxville, and Knox County, Tennessee and the surrounding counties of Blount, Loudon, Roane and Anderson, as well as in the Federal Courts in Knoxville and Greenville, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Ohio, the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals. He is available Nationwide for Federal Court appearances, and is also a member of the State bars in New York and New Jersey.
